I have worked in the NHS as a registered general nurse, midwife and am currently a sister on the neonatal intensive care unit where I look after very sick very pre-term babies. This is a stressful, high powered, professional career supporting families in sometimes very difficult times but can also be a very rewarding career
I understand the pressures of working in a high powered professional job where there is a lack of support and I can teach you tools and strategies to help you to cope when working in a high powered, stressful environment.
I have over 30 years of experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit and love the work that I do, so decided with all the experience I have to provide support and relaxation for parents with babies in a neonatal unit, breastfeeding support as research has shown that hypnotherapy can increase your milk supply and I also offer skin to skin relaxation sessions with your baby either mum or dad (as sometimes dads can feel left out).
I also provide support and coping strategies for anyone with vertigo and vestibular migraine as well as support with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, poor sleep.
I offer a 10% discount to NHS staff as I understand the pressures of working for the NHS, the culture we work in, and the lack of support and help that is available.
