Aromatherapy
A centuries old therapy, using the medicinal properties of oils extracted from plants & trees. These are applied to the skin in a carrier oil. The therapist uses gentle massage. The properties of aromatherapy oils are absorbed into the body via the pores of the skin, and also through the olfactory system (through smell via the nose into the brain and throughout the body’s nervous system). Helpful for a variety of physical & emotional conditions. Aromatherapy massage is offered by our massage therapists Sarah, and Michelle.
Full Body / Back / Shoulder Massage
We offer a full body massage, or you can just have a back, shoulder, neck and head massage, the choice is yours. All of our massage therapists offer these massages.
Hot Stones Massage
Hot Stones Massage – has been used for centuries for healing. During this treatment a variety of stones and techniques are used. These will include basalt stones, marble stones and chakra stones. Stones are used to massage with as well as placed on and around the body. A great treatment to stimulate the circulation, aid lymphatic drainage and relax tired muscles. Hot Stones Massage is offered by our massage therapist Liat.
Indian Head Massage
The art of Indian head massage originates from the Indian system of medicine known as ‘Ayurveda’. The Ayurvedic approach to health is the balance of body, mind and spirit. In India, massage plays an integral part of everyday family life. Indian head massage in the West incorporates the upper back, arms, neck and face. Both stimulating and relaxing, it helps to relieve muscular aching, headaches, eyestrain, sinusitis and congestion.
The use of oil is optional. For this treatment you will remain fully clothed and seated.

Natural Face Lift Massage
Natural Face Lift Massage – Is a holistic and natural approach to achieving a younger look, without the use of needles or chemicals. The treatment uses lymph drainage and light lifting techniques in order to tone and lift the facial muscle, reduce wrinkles and also create a glowing complexion, whilst aiding relaxation along the way. The treatment is completely pain free and effective after the first session. Natural Face Lift massage is offered by our massage therapist Emma.
Lymphatic Drainage
Helpful for improving circulation, eliminating the body’s toxins, and also beneficial for weight loss and reducing cellulite. Lymphatic drainage massage is offered by our massage therapist Sarah.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage – can be received in the second and third trimesters. A woman’s body undergoes a great deal of change during this time in her life physically (including hormonally) and psychologically. Massage can help relax mum-to-be as well as help to reduce swelling, joint discomfort, muscle spasms, and increase circulation and oxygen in the blood stream to name a few. Pregnancy massage is offered by our massage therapist Sarah.
Seated Acupressure Massage
Seated Acupressure Massage – Fully clothed massage in a specially designed chair. Works on muscular circulatory and nervous system. Pressure points are stimulated on the head, neck, shoulders, back and arms. Seated acupressure massage is offered by our massage therapist Sarah.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage – A deeper massage to increase circulation and aid lymphatic drainage. Swedish massage is offered by our massage therapist Sarah and Emma.
Tuina (Traditional Chinese massage)
Tuina (Traditional Chinese massage) – Tui Na massage techniques have been used as part of Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years, and today is subdivided into specialised treatment for infants, adults, orthopedics, traumatology, cosmetology, rehabilitation, sports medicine, etc. It is regularly used to treat or complement the treatment of many conditions such as musculo-skeletal disorders and chronic stress-related disorders of the digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems. Chinese massage is offered by our massage therapist Michelle.
Hot & Cold Stones Massage
Hot & Cold Stones Massage – Receiving a hot and cold stone massage equally can bring the benefits and pleasures of combining both. In addition, massaging and alternating the hot and cool stones helps every cell in the body to receive more oxygen and nutrients and moves lymph thereby encouraging a more effective removal of toxins. The combination of the hot and cold stones are extremely relaxing and clients often can’t tell the difference between the hot and cold when performed.
